KELIS – INDEPENDENT WOMAN

With her follow up to the hugely successful ‘Acapella’, Kelis is back with another upbeat electro sizzler. ‘4th Of July (Fireworks)’ is the second single from her latest album ‘Flesh Tone’ and once again sees her team up with one of the industry’s finest, DJ Ammo, to unleash her latest assault on the charts.
The track is built on an organ-inspired foundation mixed with some easy-listening vocals and will no doubt be banging out all over the States in the run up to the independence celebrations. And we’re certain it’s set to get some massive coverage here too as we move into the height of summer!
Air, earth, fire and water are all elements explored in the video and Kelis is also donning some massive glitzy eyelashes!
